Sales Channels
Where We Sell, and How We Decide
We sell genuine products directly to end customers online. Here is where we sell and how each brand’s requirements shape our approach.
Our Channels
Where We Sell
We have two sales channels: our Amazon seller account and our own online store at elitegoods.us, which is launching soon. Before listing a brand’s products on either channel, we review that brand’s requirements, and we follow the channel terms we agree to.
Amazon
We have an active Amazon seller account. Amazon has its own approval requirements for some brands and categories, which are separate from a brand’s reseller approval.
Our Online Store
Our own store at elitegoods.us. Online ordering is not open yet; when it launches, customers in the United States will be able to buy directly from us.
Other Channels
We would add another channel only after reviewing the requirements of the brands whose products we would sell there.
Our Principles
How We Sell Every Product
Channel Requirements
We review each brand’s channel and marketplace restrictions before listing its products.
Accurate Presentation
Accurate images, descriptions and specifications on every listing.
Pricing Policies
We review each brand’s MAP and pricing policies before listing its products.
Customer Experience
Accurate information, prompt responses and fair handling of returns.
Product Condition
No expired, damaged or altered goods sold as new.
Open Communication
Prompt answers when a brand has questions about how we sell its products.
Channel Selection
How We Review Channel Requirements
Before offering any product, we review the brand’s policies on where and how its products may be sold. We would rather sell on fewer, well-chosen channels than risk a brand’s pricing or reputation.
- Brand policy and channel permissions come first
- Channels must support accurate, brand-consistent presentation
- Pricing must follow the pricing policies we have reviewed and agreed to
- Customer experience and service standards must be maintained
